Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
30g basil
30g mint
15g parsley
150g olive oil
2 garlic cloves
juice 1/2 lemon
pinch salt
A simple and tasty sauce that can be used for a multitude of meals! Use for salads or serve with steak, a versatile dressing that brings the garden to your plate.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or hand blender and whizz up until fairly smooth.
